Returns & Exchanges

At Quirkystore, we want you to love your unique finds, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
